Per 100 g, from USDA FoodData Central, scaled to one realistic
portion. Percentages are of an adult's daily need, so for a kid they're a way to
compare foods, not a target.
This is a school project, not a doctor. It knows what nutrients do.
It doesn't know anything about you. If something's genuinely worrying you, tell a
parent — a blood test answers in a day what guessing never will.
It reads keywords, not minds. It matches words you type against a
list. If it gets you wrong, say it differently.
